Orange Coast Building Services is looking for an Experienced Deck Coating Applicator for a full time permanent position.
Experience in multi-family residential environment is required.
This position will require independent decision making, adherence to project schedule, and following of safety and quality requirements. Candidates must be able to communicate on the job activities both verbally and written.
Candidate will work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment alongside multiple trades. Ability to learn as well as teach others it absolutely required.
Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a journeyman level deck coating applicator, with strong knowledge of deck coating products and personal skill. Own reliable transportation with proof of current insurance and the ability to pass a drug test absolutely required. Candidate should also have their own basic hand tools.
Hourly Rate will be based on experience level. Medical, dental and 401k benefits are offered.
