Decktech of Grover Beach - Contractors License Suspended by CSLB


DeckExpert.com issues the following bulletin to consumers-

FYI DeckTech's license was suspended yesterday for not having a current workers comp policy in force. See copy of license above.

We suggest that you do not allow any DeckTech workers on your property unless/until their suspension is lifted.

 We suggest this even if DeckTech gives you a copy of their new workers comp policy. Until the suspension is lifted from the CSLB site, as I understand it,they cannot legally put workers on your property. 

An injury to a DeckTech employee while they on your property may result in you being liable for the financial/medical costs. 

Please refer to www.cslb.ca.gov for further information. If you see a DeckTech employee on a job, you can report it to the Statewide Investigative Fraud Team (SWIFT)
